Kylie Jenner Defends Kanye West's Controversial Fashion Show

Kanye West 's fashion show “Yeezy Season 4,” took place yesterday in New York City and the event is under major heat. Literally.

Several models had a hard time standing still under high temperatures and one model wobbled down the runway with a broken heel. While they waited for hours in the heat for the show to begin, a few of the 100 models had to sit down in the grass and be given water.

As editors and special guests sat on the sidelines, pictures and negative commentary stormed the Internet.

The senior editor of fashion news website Fashionista, Chantal Fernandez, even took to Twitter to express her dismay. "Kanye is fashion's Donald Trump," tweeted Fernandez.

Amid all the controversy, sister-in-law Kylie Jenner wasn't having any of it. When one Twitter user shared a video of the model struggling to walk and asked what was wrong, Kylie had something to say. Nothing? I'm so proud of her,”replied the makeup mogul. “She didn't want to disappoint and she f *** ing pulled through and tried her best. She's awesome.”

Another Twitter user added, “Maybe she was nervous,” and Jenner replied, “Her heel broke. It's not her fault.”
