A few months ago, Alejandra Espinoza took advantage of a work trip to Colombia to visit a renowned surgeon in the country and have breast surgery, a surgery that was pending due to the fact that 10 years had passed since she had her first implants. It was not until yesterday, however, that the presenter was encouraged to make the news public.

In addition to changing the implants, the first winner of Nuestra Belleza Latina took advantage of the surgery to correct the 'hole' that was left a decade ago in the center of her breasts and that made the bones that she had in that body part.

"I do not know if you remember that I had a hole in the center of the bubbles that I had left and the truth is that I did not care, but the doctor told me that this could be corrected. So when they operate on me they correct it, "Espinoza explained.

Although at first glance they appear larger, the presenter made it clear that the size of the implants is the same as the one they put in a decade ago, only now they look better.

“The size of the prosthesis is the same, they are simply closer together than before, so now visually it does not look the same. Now that they are together the clothes look prettier”, he assured.

"They look bigger than they are, [but] I swear they aren't that big," he added.
