1 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 pound lean ground beef

1 pound ground turkey breast

2 large eggs

½ cup breadcrumbs

¾ teaspoon salt

1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Cover a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray the foil with cooking spray.
