Thalia's Son Turns Six

With more than seven and a half million followers on Instagram alone, Thalía is one of the most beloved and recognized Mexican artists worldwide. But when she gets off the stage and the floodlights go out, the actress also leaves behind the glamor that always surrounds her life to dedicate herself body and soul to her children: Sabrina Sakaë, 9, and Matthew Alejandro.

The youngest, Matthew, turned six years old last week. To celebrate his sixth birthday, Thalía and her husband, the businessman Tommy Mottola, organized a party attended by the boy's friends, how could it be otherwise?

Through his Instagram account, Mottola shared an image of the celebration in which the proud parents pose happily with the birthday boy.

"Happy sixth birthday to my beautiful son Matthew", can be read in the caption.

Judging by the snapshot, there is no doubt that the little one had a great time at his birthday party. His happy face perfectly summarizes the day so exciting and special that Thalía's son lived surrounded by family and friends while celebrating another year of life.

Days later, the one who starred in the hit soap opera María la del barrio shared on social media a snapshot in which she appears hugging her little man.

"I love being a mother," the singer limited herself to writing, who is the star who has most often appeared on People en Español's 'The Most Beautiful' list.

The photo exceeded 120 thousand likes and 800 comments in a few hours.
