A Florida teenager is being accused of raping his neighbor on Friday with a knife, and then, perhaps remorsefully, offering to fix her garden.
The Palm Beach Post reported that Boyton Beach authorities arrested 18-year-old Timothy Adam Walding, charging him with three counts of sexual assault with a knife, another count of robbery, and holding her against her will in her own home.
The victim, whose name has not been released, was asleep in his house when this young man would have surprisingly entered his bedroom. There, he would have put a knife to her throat and then tied her to the bed to proceed with her sexual assault. However, until that moment, the woman had not recognized her attacker, since her face was covered with a mask.
When his wrongdoing ended, Waldman stayed at the woman's home, tried to strike up a conversation with her, and even gave her a hint, stating that she had seen him before. Then she realized that it was her neighbor. Moments later, he removed her bonds and even let her go out into the courtyard to smoke a cigarette.
To complete his impudence, the criminal would have offered his victim that he wanted to compensate her with "working in the garden or composing something at home." And, as if that wasn't enough, he even dared to give him some advice: "You really should put a more secure lock on your door, because I really didn't want to do this, but I had to."
Now Timothy Adam Walding is being held in the Palm Beach County Jail awaiting trial.
