Olajumoke Orisaguna, a 27-year-old Nigerian woman, went from selling bread on the streets of the city of Lagos to becoming a famous model in the most accidental way possible.

Like a fairy tale, the young woman was selling bread on any given day when photographer Ty Bello was doing a session with rapper Tinie Tempah on the same street in the Nigerian city. Unintentionally, the young woman appeared in one of the images.

Days later, Bello shared part of that session on his social networks and Orisaguna appears in one of the images.

"Who is she? We have been wondering if she is a model (…) She must definitely be a model (…) I will find a way to follow her lead in some way. You can also help," the photographer asked herself.

From that moment on and after locating her, she began her modeling career and in less than a year she has managed to have contracts with major agencies. Far away were the headaches to help her family, who stayed in her town when she went to town to earn a living.

"Lagos life is difficult. You have to be strong to survive," said the Nigerian in a BBC video. "I had trouble feeding myself and my two children, I was able to do a model's chores, but she has been training.

"Now I've gotten used to it, it's part of me," said the model, who has also been attacked on social media. "I tell myself that I must be calm. I have not missed my life before when I sold bread, but I do miss some of my colleagues who sold bread, we keep in touch and I do not forget them."
