Colate Faces New Legal Problems

The legal problems for Nicolás Vallejo-Nágera already seem like a regular thing. Now, Paulina Rubio's ex-husband faces a new lawsuit against him that was filed by his own lawyer, John Agnetti. The lawyer accuses him of not paying his fees which amount to a guarantee for the payment. The Mexican television program Ventaneando (Azteca), had access to the documents of said legal action, which specifies the data of the property located in the city of Ft. Lauderdale, in Florida.

This property that was acquired by the socialite in 1999 and is for sale for $ 649,500, is rented for $ 2,535 per month. The resource presented by the lawyer would give him the right to withhold the dividends received from the rent or sale of the same.

Vallejo-Nájera, meanwhile, has gone to court for various reasons.
