The twins Alexandria and Anastasia Duval came into the world together 38 years ago, but now Alexandria is accused of killing Anastasia. In May 2016, Alexandria was driving an off-road vehicle in Hawaii with her sister when they were involved in a fatal collision. The car fell 200 feet down a rocky cliff, instantly killing Anastasia and leaving Alexandria with minor injuries.

The officers in charge of the case assure that it is a murder, and not an accident. In November, authorities in Hawaii charged Alexandria with murder. She denies that she wanted to kill her twin, and her lawyer told People that her client was devastated after the tragedy in which she lost her sister.

However, witnesses that the authorities interviewed assure that they saw the sisters arguing inside the car before the incident and that the passenger had grabbed the driver by the hair. Alexandria was released from jail after posting a $ 2 million bond and will have to go to trial this fall.

Friends of the sisters assure that they were very close. They were both yoga instructors and had lived and even vacationed together. However, authorities in Hawaii argue that the sisters had a strained and toxic relationship after going through bankruptcies and failed businesses.

The sisters' friends assured People that they could not imagine that Alexandria was capable of killing Anastasia and cannot conceive that it was a premeditated crime.
