When we thought that things between Marjorie de Sousa and Julián Gil could not be more complicated, a video has emerged that increases the tension again. Apparently, the aforementioned clip shows that the actor was not allowed to take a photo with his son Matías and now has caused a strong reaction from the Venezuelan actress.
The clip in question was recorded this Saturday outside a visitation center in Mexico City. In it you can see how the bearded beau tries to get his son to take a photo together, but an unidentified man prevents him from doing so while helped by a woman - not identified, quickly takes the baby in the presence of dozens of people, including members of the local press.
This Monday, de Sousa appeared as a guest on the show Un Nuevo Día (Telemundo) and in an interview with host Adamari López spoke after the criticism she received after the video was published. "I have lived in Mexico for a long time, I have no family in Mexico, you know how difficult it is," said the 37-year-old star at the beginning of the interview. He then identified the man who appears accompanying his baby in the clip as a stylist named Rodrigo, who sometimes works with her, he said.
"I came this weekend [to Miami] but I did not bring my son because I still do not have his passport (…) my son cannot leave the country," the star continued to explain that whoever was in charge was his mother, who, when the video was recorded, was waiting for the boy outside the visitation center in his car.
"It is very uncomfortable," said the star of Across the Wall (Telemundo) about the visits made to said family center, where he says that both she and her mother have been besieged by the press.
When asked why Gil was not allowed to take the photo with her son, the actress, already on the verge of tears, explained that this was not possible due to legal reasons.
“I have to say this: I would not like to have to carry my son and present him all the time. They judge me on why I carry my son and present him all the time,”he exclaimed, his voice faltering looking at the cameras. “Gentlemen, if I don't take my son, they will take it from me. If I don't carry my baby, I lose custody of my son. Really enough is enough!”
Addressing Julián Gil, he said: “I don't understand why you do this show, it really is enough. If you want a photo with our son you can call me. Really. You live in the corner of my house, you can go up as many times as you want. Call me, you have not deigned one day if you want to see how the child is."
“The earthquake in Mexico was something super strong, everything fell in my house. Do you think I received a call from my son's father to ask me if my son was fine?”She said, already broken, between tears. "There are so many things that I do not say because I do not want Matías to show up tomorrow and see all this is … absurd!"
The actress assured that little Matías has been "twenty-five times planted" waiting for his dad in the family center. "I tried to fix things," he emphasized. "What is this game," he said again between tears. "Here the game, Adamari, is a boy." Now it's time to see what the creature's dad responds.
