After the shocking interview that Marjorie de Sousa gave on Monday to talk about the incident in which her former Julián Gil was allegedly prohibited from taking a photo with his son, a representative of the actor born in Argentina gave his version of what happened and assured that they accepted an apparent offer from the actress to facilitate visits.

In the images of the incident that occurred on Saturday in Mexico City, Gil is prevented from taking a photo with his son Matías outside the visiting center where he periodically goes to live with his son while the visitation regime is finalized.

“This situation that happened with the hairdresser did make him sad. He cried. It did affect him a lot because of his impotence,”the actor's publicist, Alberto Navarro, told People en Español.

"Julián is not prohibited from taking photos with him, what is prohibited for both is to commercialize the child without consent," said Navarro, who also shared a video recorded by him at the scene.

"When he leaves he wants to take a photo with his son," continued the representative, "because the last photo that was taken with him was almost a year ago. And that's where the incident happens with that person who works with [Marjorie] the hairdresser who I think is called Rodrigo."
