The Clark County county attorney's office in Nevada continues to search for a fugitive accused of poisoning her husband's cereal and other foods to avoid having intimate relationships with him.

As recently reported by the NBC affiliate in Las Vegas, NV, authorities continue to follow any lead that leads them to Andrea Heming, who in 2015 pleaded guilty to poisoning her husband's food because, she told police, she was tired of him wanting to have sex with her while she slept.

The researchers found that to carry out their purpose, the 49-year-old woman had mixed boric acid - the same substance used to kill roaches - into the cereal and shakes of her former spouse, who has been identified in the press as Ralph, simply, because he still claims to be afraid of Heming.

According to police reports obtained by that television channel, the woman confessed that she did not use so much poison to kill him, "just enough so that he did not have an erection."

Her ex-husband, who now lives in California, told the authorities at the time that she suffered from fatigue, nosebleeds, stomach pain and diarrhea for months without knowing why.

After being arrested and posting bail of $ 50,000, Heming did not return to her next court hearing. Investigators believe she fled to Mexico, where she is from, and ask for help to capture her. If anyone knows of her whereabouts, they can report it to the Crime Stoppers line: 702-385-5555. If caught, Heming faces up to 15 years in prison.
