The face of Kimberly Reyes has become very popular in recent months among the Hispanic public thanks to the evils that she performs on the skin of La diabla in the successful Telemundo soap opera The End of Paradise.
But fortunately the Colombian actress has nothing to do with this dark character that she plays in the story that Carmen Villalobos heads.
Married for two years to an attractive businessman named Federico Severini, the beautiful 31-year-old interpreter is in her real life a very familiar woman who greatly enjoys the company of her own.
In an exclusive interview with People en Español, Kimberly opens her heart and tells us, among other things, what is the secret to a successful marriage and reveals if she would like to be a mom in the near future.
We see you very in love on social networks, what would you say is the secret to having a successful marriage?
I believe that the secret is patience, a lot of respect, admiration, love … They are fundamental things and, also, never lose a sense of humor. That makes things not so monotonous and you can have a lot of fun with the person you are with.
Would you like to be a mom?
Yes, I `d love to. We want to be parents very much, but we have some personal projects and at the moment we are enjoying our moment as married spouses without children.
When you're not recording, what would a day in Kimberly's life be like?
I love waking up, having a coffee, reading something and then if I have time I will exercise or I usually have to record a guideline or work on some social media. I also love to visit my family and friends or to visit me, make cooking plans, watch movies. I really enjoy the time when I'm not working because normally when I'm on recording I don't have time to share so I try to dedicate it to them.
How do you find balance in your life?
In order to keep a balance, I believe that the most important thing is to have God in our hearts and trust that he is always ahead of us and trying to guide us on the best path. He is a central engine for me and I thank him every day for placing me in the places he places me, for giving me opportunities, for letting me make mistakes … Things that happen to us every day that in the long run are the ones that teach us and God as father is really the engine of our lives. For me that is the true balance.
Makeup is another of your great passions, what product can not miss in your bag?
In my bag there can be no lack of lipstick because it serves me for everything: it serves you for blushing, it serves you so that your lips stay pink all day …
Christmas is coming, what plans do you have for these special dates?
This year I plan to spend with the family on the 24th. We love having a dinner, we meet with my husband's family, with friends, we dance… And on the 31st it seems that we are going to spend it with friends outside the country.
