The so-called Seagull wore impeccable makeup where her red lips stood out and contrary to other years where we have seen her with her hair tied up or loose with waves, this time she chose to wear it super-straight.

Although some criticized her for choosing a “very sexy” dress, many others applauded her for changing her mind at the last minute and paying tribute to these talented artisans from one of the areas most affected by the catastrophe.
