Televisa premiered last week in primetime Doctors Life Line, its last big bet of the year in terms of fiction.

Starring Livia Brito, Daniel Arenas and Rodolfo Salas, the telenovela centers its story on one of the most prestigious hospitals in Mexico, where a group of different doctors face each day the challenge of solving complex and critical medical situations while trying to heal the wounds of his own life.

Although it has been warmly received by the Mexican public, the premiere of the TV series has also generated significant criticism among some health professionals due to the inaccuracies in the way of proceeding of the doctors shown in some scenes of the fiction.

This is left latent by the video that was recently shared through YouTube in which three real health professionals react to their first chapter.

From the characters' inadequate wardrobe and hairstyle, to the erroneous way in which they carry out their work, the three doctors make a fierce criticism of fiction in a 'video reaction' that is about to reach a million reproductions.

"And what does she do with her hair down?" Asked one of the doctors when she saw that one of the characters did not have her hair tied up during surgery.

“First the robe hangs there and it is dragging all the dirt from the bike and from Mexico City, I don't think so. Number 2 there is no consultation on the street and that is something that we have been trying to promote in Mexico, that they begin to try to see a medical consultation very seriously that they have to explore the patient, they have to touch the patient, they have to take signs vital and here all he did was see his tongue […],”said the same doctor when he saw that the character played by renowned Colombian actor Daniel Arenas gave a diagnosis to a patient in the middle of the street.

"I am still impressed by the speed of the diagnosis, I think it took about 11 seconds to diagnose an infectious intestinal disease," added another surprised doctor.

Although they are still 'mistakes', the truth is that most of these inaccuracies around the lives of the doctors shown in the soap opera are only detected by experts in the field so that fiction can be enjoyed equally apart from its inaccuracies that do not affect anything in the course of history.

Doctors centers its history at the Institute of Medical Specialties, one of the most prestigious hospitals in the country for the number of emergencies it serves and because it also houses the most experienced minds in each of the branches of medicine.

The story begins when during a major emergency, Dr. Lara, director of the Institute, denies the admission of a patient. This decision is the beginning of a series of fateful events, since the patient dies and one of his relatives decides to take revenge on the director.

Faced with the need for a new director, the best candidate is Doctor Gonzalo Olmedo, a renowned Neurosurgeon who has dedicated his life to providing health and treatment to people in need. Gonzalo's appointment is not to the liking of Doctor René Castillo, the Administrative Director of the Institute, since he used to take personal advantage through shady deals with suppliers and laboratories, among other acts of corruption.

As soon as Gonzalo takes over the Management, a sewer of mismanagement is uncovered that makes him understand that the Institute is worse than he thought, but instead of giving up, he intends to work hard with his team of specialists, to implement a care process successful.
