A woman in Pennsylvania found a dead animal in a sandwich from a fast food chain.

Ellen Manfalouti sued the chain specialized in chicken, Chick-Fil-A, after having found a mouse in the bread of a sandwich from said establishment, reports AP.

Manfalouti explained that when a coworker brought the sandwich to the insurance company they work for in Langhorne, she realized there was something in the bread. "I felt something strange in the bread below," Manfalouti told the Philadelphia Inquirer. "I turned it over and said to my colleague, 'They burned my bread too much,'" he added.

For his part, his coworker, Cara Phelan, explained to the newspaper that when Manfalouti threw the sandwich on the table, he noticed the animal. I realized it was a small rodent of some kind. I could see her whiskers and her tail,”she explained.

Manfalouti's attorney, Bill Davis, filed a lawsuit against the Chick-Fil-A network last week for this incident that occurred in November 2016. The lawsuit also includes the franchise owner Dave Heffernan.

Manfalouti had complained about what happened to the chain. However, the note explains that he never received a response. Manfalouti is requesting $ 50,000 for physical and psychological damages.

What happened to the woman after finding the mouse in the sandwich? Manfalouti says he visited a hospital because of the nausea he suffered. She also says that she had to go to a psychologist because of the anxiety caused by this event.
