Terror On A North Korean Flight

North Korea's Air Koryo airline does not stop with disappointments … and with scares! Less than a year after being named the worst airline in the world, this week it became known that one of its planes began to drop several of its pieces in mid-flight, which obviously generated panic among its passengers.

According to The Aviation Herald, the incident happened on the Tu-204 aircraft on a flight from Pyongyang and Beijing that, when it reached 9,200 meters, lost part of its wing, while vibrating strongly.

Due to the dangerous situation, the crew made the decision to return to the North Korean capital, despite having already reached Chinese airspace.

This flight that could well be called the horror happened last May 25, it had been tried to keep secret and it was not until now that it began to be made public.

The embarrassing incident is compounded by the bad opinion of the North Korean company, which the British consulting agency SkyTrax cataloged in 2016 as the worst in the world. It was the only one to obtain 1 star out of 5 among the 180 airlines that were analyzed.

Among the factors that would have helped Air Koryo to crown itself in that little prestigious place, are its unpleasant meals, the weak cushioning of its seats, the poor courtesy of its crews and the age of its aircraft. This last factor could explain the new incident involving one of their aircraft.
