YouTube Star Peter La Anguila Arrested

YouTuber and broadcaster Peter "La Anguila" was arrested Wednesday night in Miami and faces cocaine possession charges.

The América Tevé channel reported that the announcer - whose video of the song “El Ritmo Pakatum”, in which he appears with Los Pichy Boys, has more than 12 million views on YouTube - was detained in the Flagami area when the police carried out He had an operation and seized a bag with a gram of cocaine that he had inside his car.

As reported by that local television station, the also musician who works as an announcer on Olympic radio Miami would have been consuming the drug inside his vehicle when police officers arrested him.

This is not the first time that Peter “La Anguila”, whose real name is Pedro Dayán Millán, has had problems with justice. In October 2015, he was arrested when he was involved in a domestic violence case for assaulting his girlfriend.

Millán became famous on social networks for music videos in which he appeared dancing without any inhibition despite his slim figure. Some of these videos reached 52 million views.

Just a few hours before his arrest, Millán had placed on his Instagram account a couple of photographs where he boasted his new tattoo. The caption: "Calm as a good child."
