This Thursday, the Puerto Rican influencer Darleen Savir died at the age of 29. This was confirmed on the designer's networks and confirmed in local media, including Telemundo Puerto Rico.
The cause of her death stems from her liver cancer, whose diagnosis led her to create the #LuchaLinda movement, through which she documented her condition and raised awareness about it.
“Many people passed through your life and you did not let the opportunity pass, 100% of the time you let whoever was there know 'Nothing is happening here.' You inspired many people to stand up and fight. May the eternal light shine for you and you will always be our #luchalinda ", she said to herself in the post where her death was reported. "Later we will give you information about the funeral acts."

In 2019 Savir was diagnosed with colon cancer with metastases to the liver and abdomen. In her networks, the influencer dedicated herself to sharing her process and revealed that initially she had only been given a few weeks to live.
"At 29 years old, I have never been so focused to breathe," she said through Instagram on Thanksgiving Eve, posing from her hospital bed. “And as for my age, if I think about what my Thanksgiving wish would be, it would be possibly in other years to sleep late because I would be free from work or focused on what clothes I would wear. Today I just want that day to come and spend it in happiness together with loved ones, give food to those most in need and thank God again. #Luchalinda is fighting for her life, with love and courage."
The sensitive death recalls the death almost two years ago of the Dominican influencer Kyrzayda Rodríguez, who for more than 15 years maintained her fashion, beauty and lifestyle blog. At 40, the mother of two was passionate about exercise and healthy living. She also succumbed to cancer.
