Gaby Spanic Loses Lawsuit In Court

The Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City has given the reason to Gustavo Adolfo Infante. The journalist was sued by Gaby Spanic for alleged moral damages against him. Justice has acted in favor of the host of De Primera Mano who has shared the good news on his social networks.

The publication showed the final judgment of the judge in charge of the case, making it clear that the claim of the Venezuelan actress had been dismissed.

Last September, both were in court where Infante made it clear that what Mrs. Spanic was trying to do was to infringe on the country's freedom of expression. Furthermore, his defense demonstrated that the plaintiff had incurred several contradictions that have ended in his defeat before the courts.
