Investments in the Kardashian-West family's real estate continue to rise.

Kim Kardashian West and her husband, rapper Kanye West, are expanding their territory and have purchased a home in Hidden Hills, California, a property next to the art mansion with their four children, North, 6, Saint, 3½, Chicago, 21 months old and Psalm, 5 months old, a source told People magazine.

To increase the size of the property they currently live on, parents of four plan to tear down the house that currently exists on the acquired property, and replace it with a home of their own and outdoor spaces for the children. The existing home on the parcel has four bedrooms and three and a half baths, and measures 3,874 square feet.

"The plan is for them to live in Hidden Hills for the long term, so they bought nearby properties," the source tells PEOPLE. "Kim really wants a fruit garden for the kids too, so they need more land."

Contrary to speculation, the family has no plans to move to Wyoming, where they purchased a rapidly expanding ranch from Hidden Hills, Variety also reports that the couple purchased a property, totaling about 320 acres, in the Nearby Calabasas for approximately three photos of his family's Hidden Hills mansion, which they bought for about $ 20 million in 2014. Kim's mother, Kris Jenner, has stated that she believes it is now worth $ 60 million.
