Fill the sink with warm water and [add] a cap of baby shampoo or conditioner. Put the sweater in the water and let it soak for ten minutes. When removing it, let it dry on a towel and stretch it little by little. It should be perfect!

It will always be difficult to find an exact button. I recommend going to a craft store, they have many options. In itself I always change the buttons on the shirts. They can look more elegant just by changing that detail.
