Carlos Campos Presents His Collection At Fashion Week

Carlos Campos successfully presented his fall collection at New York Men's Fashion Week.

In the Honduran designer's show, earth colors, utility jackets and striking ponchos predominated.

“This collection is inspired by this man who goes to the mountains and finds a place where coffee is planted. That's why there are earth colors, the blue color that predominates a lot in my collections and we wanted to put a little bit of white,”Campos said, exclusively to People en Español, who in 2012 became the first Latino to be nominated for the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA). "I am very happy with the result".

Lisa Raquel, the main stylist of the AX product line, was in charge of styling the models that participated in the show and, to be in keeping with the collection, created a supernatural look.

"Inspiration is a man who is a bit nomadic but who is very well dressed," Raquel explained. "We want the hair to look like it's falling out naturally. We use a cream that has a dry finish. The idea is that the hair looks more or less disheveled, but with a little texture”.
