Sad news comes from Hollywood. Criss Angel, Belinda's ex-boyfriend, just revealed that her son Johnny, only 5 years old, has suffered from cancer again.

The illusionist and Las Vegas star revealed that the minor will return to the hospital where he will receive treatment after a brief remission of his leukemia cancer. The minor was diagnosed with said disease in 2015.

"Johnny Christopher was diagnosed with pediatric cancer before he was 2 years old," the 51-year-old artist told TMZ. "He has been in treatment for over three years, has been in remission, but unfortunately had a relapse and will return to the hospital on Monday."

The adorable little boy is the result of the illusionist and magician's relationship with Shaunyl Benson, and according to himself he reveals, after the new diagnosis he has spent more time with the kid having fun in children's amusement parks before he returns to the medical center.

"In part that's why we're here in California," he explains. "Because we can take Johnny to Disneyland and tomorrow I'm going to take him to Universal [Studios]," he explained.

In 2016 Angel opened his heart to People, recounting the tragedy his family was going through and revealing the moment in which his little boy was diagnosed, to ensure that he then felt "powerless".

"Johnny is very happy, fun, a loving child, but steroid treatments have a profound effect on his mood," the artist then explained. “My son is supposed to live longer than me. I would rather it was me who was sick.”

By the way, Angel will not sit idly by and plans to help other parents who, like him, are going through an ordeal similar to his. In the coming days, he will organize an event at the Planet Hollywood casino in Las Vegas to raise funds to benefit pediatric cancer. "We are trying to raise five million so we need help."
