Singer Natalia Jiménez is very happy after the birth of her daughter Alessandra in late October. Now, the singer has revealed that it is her husband, the Cuban producer Daniel Trueba, in whom she has found her greatest support in her new role as mother.

"My husband is super-dedicated," the Spanish artist explained to People en Español. "She is a modern husband. He is a father who, if he has to change it, changes it, if he has to give him the bottle, he gives it to him; that if he has to give him a bath he just does it.”

Trueba, who is the father of a 19-year-old daughter, the result of a previous relationship, also offered his past experiences to help Jiménez take this great step.

First photo Jiménez shared of his daughter Alessandra on social networks:

"It is perfect because you already know what was coming your way," says Jiménez. Although not because of it, Jiménez explains, Tbada stopped feeling nervous on this occasion “The funny thing is that he was also nervous because he had been a father so long ago [and] so many things have changed: that you don't put the baby to sleep on his stomach; that talc used to be, now that no, etc.”, explains the star born in Madrid.

The singer and Trueba were married in late 2015 in Miami in an intimate ceremony. “It was a surprise party for all my friends and my family. They didn't know we were going to get married, so it was a lot of fun,”Natalia told People en Español.

The La Voz Kids coach and her husband announced in April that they were expecting their first child. Since then, the interpreter has dedicated herself to documenting and sharing the photos showing the progress of her pregnancy on networks.

Jiménez assures that the challenge of the pregnancy was twofold, since this ran alongside the recordings of her most recent album, which is a tribute to the late Mexican regional music singer Jenni Rivera, and who has just come onto the market.

"It was very curious to make this album pregnant," explains Jiménez. "As a singer, it is the first time that I have met this challenge of having to record with a potbelly."

"At 8 months, which was when I was already recording, in September, [I] said to the producer 'wait for me, I can't breathe.' We had to cut every little bit, "he continued. "It made me a little awkward in the end."

Now that the album is already on the market, Jiménez confesses that he feels that during the recordings, the pregnancy had an influence on his voice. “It's funny, now I listen to the album and I feel like I had a different voice. My voice sounds different to me. I notice it. The way of interpreting is completely different”.

Regarding the couple's plans with little Alessandra for this Christmas, Jiménez assures that this will be a special Christmas, but not so complicated.

"As we say here at home, it's her first Christmas and [Alessandra] is very small, so since she won't remember we don't have to give her anything [laughs]."
