The captain of the Mexican National Team, Rafa Márquez, and his wife, model Jaydy Michel, resorted to social networks to share the first public photo of their newborn.
The adorable image was posted on Instagram and shows the little feet of the baby, who was born on Wednesday in Guadalajara, Mexico.
"Happy to have Leonardo among us, how much blessing in our lives at the moment", partially says the message published by both the model and the so-called Kaiser de Morelia, who shortly before birth was in concentration with her team in Santa Clara, California, and who had to abandon training to be with his spouse.
The message also helped reveal that, contrary to initial reports, the baby will not be named Rafael, but Leonardo.

The baby is now the couple's first child, who has children from previous marriages. Jaydy is the mother of Manuela, 14 years old, as a result of her relationship with the Spanish singer Alejandro Sanz.
Márquez is the father of two boys: Santiago and Rafaela, who he had when he was married to the Mexican actress Adriana Lavat.
