"Any injustice you have in your life steals something from you, it steals your identity," says the sister of the late singer Jenni Rivera. "There are twelve steps that I took that I noticed throughout the fifteen years that my healing began."

Thanks to this way of thinking and to her current husband Abel Flores, Rosie has not only avoided the death of Jenni, but also her past love relationships in which she was the victim of constant abuse. "He is behind everything I do," says Rivera. “He loves me just the way I am. I am a beloved woman”.

This is exactly why the businesswoman became a professional writer and speaker to help women like her who have been physically and psychologically abused. “Thank God we have my second book that came out in April and I am preparing the third one, we are focusing on the conferences for women, my husband and I. [Healing] has a lot to do with how to forgive, [how] to talk to your partner about the things that have happened in the past and how to become a victim to a victorious one,”he assures. "I am very happy because I have always felt that I have an author of books and also of songs inside and that first song has already come out and I am focusing on the creative and taking out what I have inside of me."

Which is a lot, because if we see her on her social networks, Rosie is spectacular, and her husband Abel is the one who photographs her, because for him, Rosie is his muse. "My husband takes my social media photos, he and I are a team," reveals Rivera. "While I go to the gym early and prepare breakfast he helps me fix the children."
