Fergie Faces Battle

On September 14, Fergie announced that she was separating from Josh Duhamel, with whom she was married for eight years. As a result of that relationship, Axl Jack was born, who is currently five years old, and for whom the singer will file a legal process to stay in custody, according to RadarOnline.

"Fergie wants full custody of Axl," an anonymous source told the same outlet. "But Josh won't accept any of that."

According to other international media, the former vocalist of Black Eyed Peace, has not been able to take care of her eldest son due to the long hours of work that she currently has for the promotion of her musical production Double Dutchess. Given this, the actor has been the one who has been totally in charge of the little one.

"They both know Axl is definitely a daddy's boy," he added. "Axl is not old enough to know what is really going on between his parents, but he knows something is going on because he keeps asking Josh, 'Where's mom?' She is very consumed with her work right now and hopes to keep her thoughts away from the drama of her life."

Despite the fact that they seek to achieve the best agreement between the two and, particularly, for the benefit of the minor, things seem to be complicated by the harsh relationship that the former couple maintains.
