A Texas couple has been accused of holding an African girl as their slave kidnapped in their home for at least 16 years until she managed to escape her home two years ago, as confirmed by PEOPLE magazine.

They are Mohamed Toure and Denise Cros-Toure, a couple with five children who have just passed through court accused of forcibly supporting the little girl.

The girl was barely five years old when the marriage made all the necessary agreements for her to leave her town in Guinea around the year 2000 in order to have her as a slave in her home. It seems that the closeness of these people with the government of this country facilitated the move, as announced by the Washington Post newspaper.

The victim, still unidentified, does not speak English and, among other things, was forced to work on the house chores, cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, garden maintenance and looking after the couple's children.

But that was not the only terrible thing in this story, the girl had to sleep on the floor and sometimes she was hit by the woman with a belt or an electric cable. The physical abuse reached such a point that he even lost part of the earlobe due to a blow from the owner of the house.

The victim was able to escape from the family with the help of several neighbors in August 2016, according to the statement. Now her kidnappers face the judge's decision. If they are found guilty of this bestiality, the couple will face twenty years in prison.
