The Dukes of Cambridge will be joined by a new pair of royals at their next appearance at Buckingham Palace.
After the first public appearance in Bradford of Prince William and Kate Middleton after the deep crisis in the British royal family caused by the Megxit, the Dukes of Cambridge are already preparing for their next official engagement: a palace reception in honor of the reigns during the UK-Africa Investment summit.
The parents of George, Charlotte and Louis will be accompanied on this occasion by another couple of royals who over the years, and after the occasional setback of youth, have become another of the few solid pillars of Elizabeth II: her youngest son, Prince Edward and his wife Sophie, Dukes of Wessex. Unlike Meghan and Harry, they do work full time as senior royals on behalf of the sovereign.
In this new mix of couples, something unusual, it does show that there is a close relationship between the four members. In fact Sophie Helen Rhys-Jones, often works as a personal shopper for the wife of her nephew William, the Duchess of Cambridge and is considered one of the most elegant people of royalty.
Sophie from Wessex is also the queen's favorite daughter-in-law, who comes to her house countless afternoons to have tea together far from any protocol.
It is also expected that the meeting will be attended by Princess Ana, who had a small altercation recorded on video during the Trumps' last visit to Buckingham.
This summit will demonstrate the strength of relations between the United Kingdom and Africa. It will highlight the wide range of good investment opportunities that exist in the African continent and the commitment that the United Kingdom has to support its economic development, through the creation of employment and new associations”, said the Kensington Palace it's a statement.
