The Oscar nominations for this 2020 were revealed on Monday morning in Hollywood. And as expected, there have been surprises and slights, especially in regards to Latino talent.

The nomination was highly anticipated as Banderas has been covered with laurels with this role, especially since his presentation at the Cannes Festival where he won the Palme d'Or for Best Actor.

On the other hand, Mexicans Rodrigo Priet o and Mayes C. Rubeo also received mentions.
