News all the details of the artist's strict routine.

“We alternate between cardiovascular exercises and weights. Some days we do cardio and then weights, and other days we start with weights and end with cardio. We like to mix them,”shared coach Anna Kaiser. “I want to make sure that she is improving her endurance so that she can do her two-hour shows and continue on a five-month tour. I make sure I do a little bit of everything.”

According to Kaiser, the singer works out five days a week and she doesn't focus on how she will look, but on how long she can endure and improve her endurance by paying close attention to her heart rate.

For the past seven years, Kaiser has also been responsible for the diet of the singer, who eats every two to three hours and prefers to eat fish almost every day. Although before the same expert prepared meals, now as they are in different cities, she is a chef in charge of doing it under her direction.

“Breakfast, lunch, and dinner include protein and fresh vegetables, or small servings of low-glycemic fruits. [Now] we are starting to add soups,”said Kaiser. "At 4 pm when some people start to crave cookies or coffee, a soup is a very good option because it fills you up and keeps you well until dinner arrives, and it also doesn't have as many calories."
