The sister of Julián Gil and his faithful defender, Patty Ramosco, did not remain silent after learning of Marjorie de Sousa's reaction to the protection requested by the actor to the final sentence on the support of her son
Ramosco resorted to his social networks to defend Gil and lash out at his nephew's mother, assuring that the Mexican legal system is one "corrupt" and branding the actress "living" and "bad mother".
"It is well known the tricks that they have used in the course of the process, making it clear that the system is corrupt and that the last thing they seek is the socio-emotional well-being of my nephew," Ramosco wrote on his Instagram account. “It is incredible that the child is almost 3 years old and my brother has not yet been able to spend 1 minute alone and in a normal and healthy way with him. What is he afraid of? Good question and with many answers to choose from based on your behavior and actions.”
Little Matías' aunt, in addition, questioned that De Sousa was entitled to receive 20 percent of his brother's monthly income, and considered that insufficient evidence had been presented.
“On what account should 20% of all income be delivered? When to this day the theater of disease and nurses [of the child] that we could bear was the [highest] expense, not even been credited correctly and legally, only a manuscript. Do you think that he will sit idly by when he cannot have his son and on top of that he must give a lot of money?”He asked himself.
Ramosco assured that the actor will not stop defending his rights and appealing as many times as necessary to receive a fair sentence, and advised Marjorie to think more about her son than in his own interests.
"You should think about the lifelong socio-emotional damage your child is causing by condemning him to be an orphan of a living father," he wrote. "He will be able to continue lying and using his distorted resources, he [Julián] will continue to fulfill and fight honestly."
