Makes 8 servings, ½ cup each
Ingredients:
2 cups Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted cereal
1/2 cup whole cashews
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup wasabi peas
1/2 cup sesame sticks
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, mix Honey Bunches of Oats cereal and cashew nuts and toast until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Remove from the skillet and place the cereal and cashews in a large bowl. Return the pan to the fire. Add vegetable oil, curry powder, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and cayenne pepper. Stir and cook for 30 seconds. Put out the fire.
Pour the curry mixture over the toasted cereal into a large bowl. Add the spicy peas, sesame sticks, and salt. Mix well.
