George And Amal Clooney Stand In Solidarity With Parkland Florida Students

George Clooney and his wife Amal Clooney will join the march in support of survivors of the Stoneman Douglas High School massacre in Parkland, Florida.

According to a statement issued by George Clooney's representative to USA Today, the couple will be part of the March For Our Lives group that will protest in Washington DC and other major cities in the United States to call for reform in favor of security for schools and a legislation to "effectively deal with the problems of armed violence that are rampant".

The parents of twins also announced that they will make a generous donation to help carry out the march.

“In the name of our children, Ella and Alexander, we will donate nicado. "The lives of our children depend on it."

The Cloonies are just a couple of the celebrities who have shown their feelings about the Parkland, Florida event.

But to be a hero, you don't have to be famous. Proof of this was the young Hispanic woman, 18-year-old Emma González, who was in her last year of high school at Stoneman Douglas and whose life changed after her emotional anti-gun speech on February 17, just three days away from seeing 14 of his companions lose their lives.

The young woman's speech went viral to the point of being trending on Twitter - without having an account. The event put her in the middle of the conversation.
