Man Gives 22 Shots To Roommate

An Arkansas court set bail per year of pension with 22 shots, after complaining that it was making a lot of noise. Now the defendant faces one count of first-degree murder, aggravated assault, and two more counts of second-degree felony.

As reported by The Baxter Bulletin last week, Robert Penny, 59, was speaking to one of the residents of the boarding house where they lived in the town of Mountain Home (about two hours from Little Rock), and complained about the noise. that made another of his companions, Chester Raymond Hornowski, 71 years old.

The confidant in question informed the property owner, who promptly called a residents' meeting with him, Penny and Hornowsky. However, when he was on his way to the date, he heard multiple shots.

In an affidavit the subject said that when he arrived at the scene, he found Penny leaving and said: "Yes, he is dead, do you want any of this too?"

The man tried to flee but slipped, fell, and hit his head on a table; Fortunately, he was able to recover and call 911.

When investigators interviewed Penny, he said that when he met Hornowski he was furious and punched him three times in the chest. It was then that he went out to get his gun. When he returned to continue arguing with his neighbor, he made a gesture like he was going to hit him again. It was then that he shot him 18 times.

Penny says he reloaded the pistol and shot Hornowski's still body four more times because, according to him, it had "ruined his life."
