Ivana Trump, Donald Trump's ex-wife and mother of three of her children, revealed in a television interview that she advises the president on what to write on Twitter.
To the surprise of many, who consider the president to be very impulsive, the reality seems to be different. At least that's what Ivana indicated. The Czech businesswoman, who divorced Trump in 1992, assured in the interview with the CBS Sunday Morning program that it is still part of the president's life.
Donald Jr.'s mother , Eric and Ivanka Trump explained that his ex has asked for his opinion and advice on whether or not to write a message on his Twitter account.
The president's fondness for expressing his opinion through tweets to his millions of followers is well known, and they generally generate controversy, such as his criticism of professional NFL athletes who kneel when the national anthem plays as a sign of protests by the death of unarmed African Americans at the hands of the police.
Another example was his Twitter barrage against the mayor of San Juan, Carmen Yulín Cruz, after she criticized the speed of the federal response to the catastrophe that has hit Puerto Rico with the passage of Hurricane Maria.
In an interview with CBS, to be broadcast on Sunday and with a preview, Ivana Trump said that Donald "still asks me for advice."
