A 22-year-old young woman from Arizona who was born without a vagina due to a rare syndrome, has decided to have surgery to enjoy her body as a "real woman."

Kaylee Moats, from Gilbert, southeast of Phoenix, suffers from the rare Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser syndrome (MRKH) so she was born without a uterus, cervix, vagina, or internal vaginal opening.
