Do you remember the happiness we felt when we painted crayons as children? Clinique does remember and that is why they have decided to collaborate with the brand to launch a fun collection of limited edition lipsticks. They combined their classic Chubby Sticks with some of the most popular Crayola shades so that when it comes to applying makeup we feel the same feeling of joy that coloring when we brought with children.

"The idea behind the Chubby Sticks is to play," says Janet Pardo, the vice president of product development for Clinique. “The idea is that when you see one, you smile. The obvious connection to the feeling of happiness is with a box of crayons. It brings you back to an uncomplicated time in life - when you weren't stressed because you were a kid. You could create whatever you wanted, you had an infinite amount of time and you could just play.”

Designed with the same appearance as typical crayons, Clinique lipsticks come in a variety of shades of red and pink, packaged in a box similar to the iconic colors. The names have also taken a fun twist. For example, the shade of Clinique Pudgy Peony, a fuchsia-purple pink, now has the name Razzmatazz, the name of a magenta crayon. Mauvelous, Mango Tango and Tickle Me Pink are some of the other fun names that stand out and will make you smile. Each lipstick has the Crayola logo and even the well-known waves that come at the ends of the well-known colored boxes that we used in childhood.

What Crayola shades would you like to see on the Chubby Sticks? Macaroni and Cheese? Purple Pizzazz? Fuzzy Wuzzy? Let us know!
