With her bare chest on the red carpet, this is how the singer Mon Laferte decided to protest the social situation in Chile, shaking the public at the 20th Latin Grammy Awards held this Thursday in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The artist born in that country arrived with a mysterious smile on the red mat of the MGM Grand. Covered in a black jacket and green scarf that covered her to the neck.

His shocking demonstration arises after the violent protests that have shaken the South American country demanding social improvements and denouncing economic inequality.
At least 20 people have died in Chile from the riots that started in October and whose spark was lit after the government's announcement to increase the fare on the underground transportation system.
Laferte's powerful silent protest did not overshadow his triumph at the Latin Grammy where he won the award for Best Alternative Album of the year.
