Ximena Duque Changes Her Look To Receive Her Daughter

Ximena Duque declares herself more than ready for the imminent arrival of her daughter Luna, who can be born at any time. The Colombian actress, who has experienced a pregnancy completely removed from the recording forums -except for a special participation she made in the Telemundo unit Milagros de Navidad-, will receive her little princess with a new look. The 32-year-old interpreter, who has almost two decades of artistic career behind her, left behind the blonde color that had worn her hair in recent years to make way for brown, her natural color.

Always active on social networks, Duque did not hesitate to share the result of his change of look before his more than two and a half million followers on Instagram.

I went back to my natural color. Yes, I know that many like blonde. Believe me it is my favorite look but now with Luna's arrival I wanted to be calm and not worry for a while about the roots, the touch-up…”, Ximena explained with a photo in which she presumes her new hair color.

Before someone criticized her for dyeing her hair a few days after giving birth, the actress was quick to make it clear that she had the permission of her doctor, in addition to using special products for pregnant women.

"My doctor gave me permission and Laura S Barcelo also used special products for pregnant women," said the former partner of Carlos Ponce.

With this change of look, Ximena already counts the hours to finally see her little girl's face.

"Well now if I'm more than ready for this little girl to be encouraged to come into the world," concluded Duque, who married last year with her husband Jay Adkins.

Luna's birth will make the actress a mother for the second time since the interpreter already has a teenage son as a result of her failed engagement with fellow actor Christian Carabias.
