As previously announced, 2017 is the year of Colombia in France and to commemorate it several presentations are held, including that of the famous Parisian boutique Colette, where an exhibition of products from that land has just opened and how As a result, the place looks like a town in the South American country.

The interesting project was devised by the talented Colombian designer Esteban Cortázar, whose designs are known around the world thanks to his work at the fashion house of Emanuel Ungaro and now with his namesake line. It is just the artist who has filled his social networks with images of the colorful exhibition that will run until July 22.

"Everything happened in the most spontaneous way," Cortázar said in an interview. "When I realized that it was the year of Colombia in France, I had to do something for my country."

The exhibition includes articles by other talented designers from that country such as Mercedes Salazar and brands like Wayuu. Even Cortázar designed a hoodie in collaboration with singer J. Balvin and the Seven Seven brand, which of course was made in Colombia. Both this piece and those made by the other designers are for sale at the establishment.

In addition, the people who arrive at the place will be able to taste typical dishes of that land, created by chef Carlos Peñarredonda.

The items, including sweets, drinks and cookies that come from that country, are super colorful and some have phrases from the region such as parce and parcero.

If you plan to visit Paris these days you cannot miss the incredible exhibition.
