We talked to actor Fabián Ríos about his Thunder by Fabián Ríos fragrance, and he told us why he decided to make a perfume for women and how he was inspired to create it.

How did the idea of making a perfume for ladies come about?

“One day I decided that I wanted my followers to have something of my own and the idea of perfume came to me along with my manager Maricela Marulanda and my friend Juan Manuel Sánchez, who looked for the factory and started the adventure. A smell that I had in my head, an image, a color and we started this a year ago and today it is already a fact. Thank God and my fans, it's going very well.”

With your fragrance you are also helping a good cause, tell us

“My idea also aims to allocate 10% of the proceeds to the Susan G Komen Foundation to fight breast cancer. I feel the responsibility to help with everything in my power to allocate donations and be a spokesperson to make others donate, and finally the cure for this disease is discovered; I have had to live and suffer with family members, who lost their lives due to this disease”.

What type of woman is it for?

"For all women who are willing not to change but to ratify their authenticity."

How would you describe it?

"[It is] the perfect combination of elements that make the true identity of a lady's scent a reality."

Summarize your beauty routine

“Sleep as necessary, eat very healthy, make love with all the passion, train my body for what I want, not for duty. Drink a lot of water, but the most important thing [is] to walk with God in my heart”

How would you define your style when dressing?

“I am who I am, I dress without pretension, without being affected by fashions. I wear what I like."

What brands do you like?

"Dolce & Gabbana, Converse, Armani".

What is your favorite item of clothing and why?

Black T-shirts. I wear them all the time, with everything”.

Tell us about your next projects …

“I just finished Tierra de Reyes, a novel that left me with great satisfaction. He won novel of the year and two wonderful awards: best actor [and] favorite villain. Now [I am] preparing for my new project that in due course I will say the name.”
