Apparently Eiza González decided in 2015 to spend more hours in the gym and tone her body, and she is fulfilling it to the letter.
“Sore is the new sexy. Those biceps and triceps are growing,”said the Mexican on her Instagram account.
Days before, she expressed the reasons why exercise benefits her.
“Exercising is the only thing that personally takes away my anxiety. Over time I learned that the best way to stay healthy (especially with my work schedules) is by exercising. I feel better than ever when I do. My immune system improved by leaps and bounds and my stress level is low, I sleep much better and my skin, hair and nails are better than ever, "he said.
“To all the girls who ask me what I do to be skinny, I go to the gyms 7 days a week (I prefer to go daily because of my stress) I do weights (the weights burn fat too) I don't do hours of cardio. My trainer makes me do sprints (you burn more fat) and most importantly as well (6 times a day) to speed up metabolism,”explained the actress.
“I also have a very sporty boyfriend so I feel more obligated. Taking care of yourself is important, much more for health than for image”, expressed the love Eiza when referring to the influence of her boyfriend DJ Cotrona.
