Social media is really a double-edged sword. We constantly see celebrities being praised for the photos they post, but we see how they become victims of fierce attacks alike. This time the target of the poison was the children of Tori Spelling who hung a photo to boast the return to school of their "babies".
The snapshot appeared on networks mid-week, showing four of the 45-year-old actress' five children on their way to school. Liam, 11, and Finn, 6, are smiling next to their sisters Stella, 10, and Hattie, 6.
The children were dressed casually in shorts, T-shirts, and sneakers, which some thought was inappropriate. "They look like they're just out of bed," someone commented on Instagram. "They look half fabulous and very unhappy on their first day of school," observed someone else.
Then came the issue of his weight. "These kids look fat. Fat is not healthy," said a poisonous tongue. "[Tori] why are you letting these precious kids be out of shape?"
This is not the first time that Spelling's family has been attacked on networks. When she posted this photo in August they attacked her for mercy reproaching her for letting her older son get "so big" and "fat."
Then they went over to her husband, Dean McDermott, who they called "aged", "finished" and asked incessantly that "what happened" "why do they look so old?".
Logically, the former Beverly Hills star 90210 has not remained silent and answered the haters as they deserve: with more poison.
"I am a proud mom to my bears and I enjoy sharing our family's journey with my family, friends, fans, and the online community that supports me and is loyal." she pointed out.
"For all those individuals who felt the need to be ashamed of my children or embarrass them, I and my children say: I hope they are ashamed!" He said. "I was raised to believe that if you have nothing good to say about someone, it is better not to say anything at all." Good for her!
