Good news! This Tuesday the sexy actress Maribel Guardia became a grandmother with the arrival of her grandson José Julián, born on Tuesday in Monterrey, Mexico.

The baby is the son of Julián Figueroa - the only offspring of the 57-year-old actress and the late singer Joan Sebastián - and his girlfriend Imelda Tuñón.

It was the creature's own father who confirmed the news through a message he published on his Instagram account on Wednesday. “On May 2, 2017 the happiest day of my life! I not only turned 22 years old, I also had the privilege and the great responsibility to know and be the father of José Julian Figueroa Garza,” said the excited dad, who, as he mentioned in the message, turned age the same day his son was born.

“José Julian with you I met love at first sight and it is a privilege to be your companion on this path where we are both going to learn to be men always keeping the magic alive in our hearts… @imetunon I love you princess thanks for the best birthday gift of history”.

"[The baby] was born by cesarean section yesterday night, at about nine o'clock at night," Marco Chacón, husband of Guardia to the Univisión network, shared. "Everyone is very happy with the birth of the child, who weighed 2,800 [kilos] and something.”

The new parents confirmed that they were expecting a child in March of this year. The couple then had a relationship of more than three years, although they did not live together since the young woman lives in Monterrey.

According to Guardia, his son and Tuñón saw each other during the weekends and his son traveled to see his girlfriend. "A baby is always a blessing," she said back then after the pregnancy was revealed. "[I'm a] very happy and proud grandmother."
