Ciara confirmed her pregnancy during her appearance this Tuesday on the show The View (ABC).
After months of rumors, the 28-year-old singer said she is expecting a baby from her fiancé, 30-year-old rapper and music producer Future.
“The rumors are over. Ciara shows us her pregnant tummy”, published the program's official Twitter account.
Minutes later, the show's co-host, Jenny McCarthy, uploaded a photo of the singer showing off her tummy. Congratulations to my friend Ciara. Super happy about your muffin in the oven,”wrote McCarthy.
This will be the first son for Ciara but the fourth for Future, who is already the father of three children from previous relationships: a son of 11, a daughter of 4 and a second boy of 13 months.
The couple got engaged in October after Future surprised their sweetheart with a 15-carat diamond ring over their birthday weekend.
As for the wedding plans, Ciara recently told People that she thinks she will be "a little obsessive."
"But I want to be a happy girlfriend! I want the process to be fun, but I want the outfit to be perfect, I want the cake to be perfect, the food to be perfect. We are both very excited, "concluded the singer.
