Chiquis Rivera Tribute To Jenni At Radio Awards

The beautiful tribute paid to Selena and Jenni Rivera on Thursday at the gala in which the Radio Awards celebrated their 20th anniversary in Grand Prairie, TX, came to the background because of the quarrel that Chiquis Rivera and Frida Sofía starred.

Sources who witnessed the incident told People en Español that at the end of the award, insults flew between the two artists. According to one of the people present, both Frida and Chiquis and their respective entourage had to be expelled from the bar where several of their colleagues gathered to celebrate after the event.

Apparently, the origin of the dispute revolves around Lupe Esparza. According to the show Suelta la sopa (Telemundo), Chiquis demanded the daughter of Alejandra Guzmán for an alleged contempt of the also model to the leader of Bronco.

Frida Sofia confirmed to Suelta the soup that there had been an incident after the award ceremony.

This tribute was given by Ana Bárbara, Edith Márquez, Belinda and Chiquis. But who could not fail to be remembered was Jenni Rivera, who - according to the organizers - is the most awarded artist in the history of the awards.

Who better to pay tribute to the Diva de la Banda than her daughter Chiquis, who took the stage to perform "Unforgettable", one of the most popular songs of the ill-fated star.

"You are unforgettable," Chiquis exclaimed at the end of his presentation.
