A German couple is more than furious after being forced to disembark from a cruise ship for what they consider to be an absurd motive.

According to the German newspaper Reise Reporter, the couple identified as Renate F. and her husband Volker have sued the cruise company TUI for emotional damage and the cost of their trip after leaving them at a dock in Barbados in the wee hours of the day about 7,500 miles away from their home because they apparently were very scandalous in making love.

According to a half German, the woman admitted that they accidentally left the balcony door open while making love and confirmed that they were indeed a bit noisy. She also explained that after their passionate love session, the lovebirds had a strong discussion but assured that it did not reach the physical. After that, the woman went to the balcony to smoke a cigarette and it was when the ship's staff entered her cabin and informed them that their journey had ended and that they had to disembark.

A spokesperson for the Tui Cruises company confirmed the incident without offering details, for privacy reasons.

"Due to a security incident, we have exercised our right and asked passengers to disembark," he said. "This was done to protect the passengers themselves and the rest of the travelers."

According to Renate, they were literally left with their suitcases at one in the morning, with nowhere to go. A couple of days later he was able to get a flight to Paris and from there they took a train back home. A journey that, they assure, cost them $ 10,000.
