Maybe Kim Kardashian is the queen of the selfies, but does not mean it is always ready for the camera.

"There was a time after my son [ Saint West was born last December] was born when my body felt like porridge," Kardashian exclusively told People. "I felt like Gumby. There were definitely times when I would look in the mirror and say, 'I'm never going to be the same.'”

Now, six months later, thanks to a very strict diet (Kim follows Atkins' plan and is a brand ambassador) and an exercise plan, Kardashian West, 35 - also a mother from North West, 3 - she has lost the 60 pounds she gained during her pregnancy, and is closer than ever to her goal.

"I want to drop back to 120 pounds," says Kanye West's wife, who says she weighed 132 pounds last month. "My butt and hips are the last to go, but I'm not going to stop!"

He adds: “Anyone who has had children knows that their body changes and it is difficult to get their body in shape. It takes so much determination, mental and physical energy.”

Kardashian West trains with Don Brooks from 6 am "every day when I'm home." In addition, she refrains from eating pasta and grilled cheese sandwiches and exchanges it for vegetables, protein and as a reward, the Atkins peanut butter packages.

"Each of us has his insecurities," admits the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star but says she's happy and proud of how far she's come.
