7-foot-wide House Costs $ 1.4 Million

If you thought you had seen it all, this house of only 7 feet wide and that costs New York and San Francisco where the prices of a property seem from another world, it seems that in places of the world like London things do not seem to be different.

The beautiful English capital has become the center of attention of the real estate world with this tiny house, narrower than a train car but with a cost that exceeds a million dollars.

After passing through the hands of some design geniuses, the slim house went from being a property without much appeal to becoming a whole mansion that could simply go unnoticed.

"With such a narrow and deep space, the building was a claustrophobic place," said Tristan Wigfall, one of the firm's partners in charge of remodeling the place. "The key element in developing a proposal was making sure it had enough natural light to make the rooms feel more spacious and light," he added in his conversation with online site Dezeen.

After the astonishing renovation, the 1,058-square-foot house has become the headline of several media outlets around the world, also managing to be on the popular English program Amazing Spaces, by famed architect George Clarke.

You have to take a little look inside the house to give full validity to that adage that says: "Do not judge a book by its cover."
